Tu Herencia Co is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these “Terms of Service” or “Terms”), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any products purchased will meet your expectations. All descriptions are subject to change without notice. We may discontinue products at any time and may limit quantities to any person, region, or jurisdiction.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Tu Herencia Co reserves the right to accept or decline your order at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until Tu Herencia Co confirms acceptance and processes payment.
Please review your order carefully before submitting — all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds unless the item is defective or incorrect, in which case our Refund Policy applies.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you must contact us at tuherenciaco@gmail.com within 7 daysof receiving your order so we can evaluate and address the issue.
All purchases are pre-sale orders. Production begins after your order is placed, and your order will typically ship within 2–3 weeks from the purchase date.
Tu Herencia Co is not responsible for any damage, loss, or delay that occurs during shipping. Any claims for items damaged in transit must be filed directly with the shipping carrier. We do not replace or refund items damaged during transit.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time of order and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or import charges.
We may offer promotions governed by terms separate from these Terms. If there is a conflict, the promotion terms control.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, and account information and to promptly update details as needed to complete transactions and contact you. You represent and warrant that (i) payment information is true and complete, (ii) you are authorized to use the payment method, (iii) charges will be honored, and (iv) you will pay all charges, including taxes and shipping.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
U.S.-only shipping: We currently ship within the United States only.
All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events outside our control.
All orders are pre-sale and will typically ship within 2–3 weeks from the purchase date. Delivery times are in addition to this fulfillment period.
Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. Any claims for delays, losses, theft, or damages in transit must be directed to the shipping carrier.
SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & NO RESALE POLICY
Our Services, including but not limited to all apparel designs, graphics, prints, logos, trademarks, product names, text, images, videos, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are the exclusive property of Tu Herencia Co., its affiliates, or licensors, and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any materials from our Services or our products without our prior written consent. This includes any attempt to copy, replicate, or reproduce our apparel designs, graphics, or branding for personal or commercial purposes.
All Tu Herencia Co. names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Tu Herencia Co. or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such trademarks without prior written permission. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans displayed on the Services are the property of their respective owners.
Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property — including copying product designs, photographs, or marketing materials — may result in legal action to the fullest extent permitted by law.
No Resale Policy: Products purchased from Tu Herencia Co. are intended for personal use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written authorization. Unauthorized resale may result in order cancellation, refusal of future sales, and legal action.
SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide access to third-party tools “as is” and “as available” without warranties and without endorsement. Use of such tools is at your own risk and subject to the third-party provider’s terms.

You and Tu Herencia Co consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
